Solution:

1. Run loader as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator)
2. Add loader to antivirus/firewall exceptions
3. Ensure FaceIt/Vanguard are completely uninstalled
4. Restart your computer

1. Run File Explorer as administrator first
2. Navigate to System32 with admin privileges
3. Try copying DLL again
4. If still failing, temporarily disable antivirus
